We have grown organic spelt on our farm off-and-on for about 10 years. We then send our spelt to Oak Manor near Tavistock to be ground into flour. Flour is available as Light or Whole Grain in 5 or 10 pound bags and can be purchased at the farm, at one of the farmers’ markets we attend and it can also be found at The Currant in Parkhill and at Williamson Farms Country Store in Forest.
